Refund and Cancellation Policy

          The refund policies of Rainbow Water include:

• All refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• Within 7 business day, refunds will be processed
• The original method of payment used to make the purchase will be used for refunds.
• There will be a 5% processing fee for all refunds.

The cancellation policy of Rainbow Water includes:

• All cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled activity.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled activity will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be non-refundable.

    In addition to these , there are several additional things to keep in mind about refunds and cancellations:

• Refunds and cancellations are not available for gift certificates or vouchers.
• Refunds and cancellations are not available for activities that are sold out or have limited availability.
• Refunds and cancellations are not available for activities that are weather-dependent.
